KIT P3STEEL PRINTED PARTS 

Components: 

-Extruder: 

    Body, ildler and budas adaptor 

    The extruder included in this kit is based on the popular Greg’s Wade, and it has been redesigned to fit to the Prusa i3 and its variants. 

  • It takes up less space in X axis so it can’t collide with the rods when moving to the edges. 

  • It also has a more stable junction to the cart, as it fits in 4 points and for M4 screws. 

  • Greater simplicity of use and maintenance, as it is accessed to change the filament from the front. 

  • Center gravity is better positioned, which prodeuces fewer oscillations. 

-Gears: 

These gears are slightly smaller in order not to rub with x-carriage. In addition, the holes are wider to allow an easier mounting. 


-X Axis:

Motor End and Idler End:

The Motor End has a hole to put a screw in order to calibrate Z axis more easily.

The Idler End has a tensioner in order to avoid that the belt gets loose.

X-carriage:

This carriage uses four bearings LM8UU and it supports GT2 belts.

It has a grimace that fits to the regualr sized gears.


-Y-Axis:

Belt holder

Spacer plates of motor axis


-Other Parts:

Endstop clamps and holders (we include two type to provide more compatibility)

Pulleys:

This pulleys are printed in one piece and they fit to bearings 623zz (we recommend to use two bearing for each pulley)
