3D-SMOOTHER - Epoxy coating for 3D prints - Similar to XTC-3D

3D-SMOOTHER from Feroca is an epoxy coating that smoothes, protects and gives a perfect finish to your parts made with 3D printers.

Very easy to use, mix its two liquid components (2A:1B) and apply them to any 3D piece with the help of a brush. Feroca's 3D-SMOOTHER is self-levelling so it won't leave any traces or brushstrokes.

Feroca's 3D-SMOOTHER has a working time of 10 minutes and a curing time of approximately 4 hours, depending on the amount mixed and the ambient temperature. 3D-SMOOTHER

Feroca's 3D-SMOOTHER cures in a hard, impact-resistant coating and can easily be sanded, primed and painted. Adding colours and metallic effects is very simple.

Very economical: 28 grams of 3D-SMOOTHER from Feroca cover more than 250 cm².

90% savings in time and labor: 3D-SMOOTHER from Feroca penetrates the stretch marks left by 3D printing and creates a smooth, high-gloss finish. The work of the piece a posteriori is almost unnecessary.

Suitable for all types of 3D printing: 3D-SMOOTHER from Feroca can be applied to SLA and SLS 3D printing. It works perfectly with ABS, PLA, Laywood (wood polymer), Powder and other rigid materials. It can also be used to coat EPS or EPDM (polyethylene) as well as polyurethane foam, wood, plaster, fabrics, cardboard and paper.

3D-SMOOTHER by Feroca does not contain VOCs (volatile organic compounds), phthalates or phosphates.
